A lovely, spacious double room available in a 2 bed flat in Balham just a few minutes walk from the station, perfect for commuting into the city during the week.

The room comfortably fits a double bed, desk, and chest of drawers, and also benefits from a huge built-in wardrobe with plenty of storage. (Pictured with yellow sofa but will be replaced for double bed if needed.)

You’d be sharing with me - I’m a 28-year-old professional photographer working Monday to Friday (WFH 1 day per week). I enjoy cooking, pub trips and socialising but I’m not a huge partier, I like to keep the flat a tidy and calm space! I love all things creative, am a newbie to yoga and Pilates and love a coffee/ gossip walk. Would love to live with someone who is down to be friends and hang out whilst in the flat but have our own time too!
