Cozy room in balham 5 minutes from tube station

Hi all!

I’m looking for a girl in her 20s (non-smoker, no students, sorry!) to take over my lovely room in our Balham house from mid-April until end of June, when our lease finishes.

💸 £833 per month + bills
(Bills are cheap thanks to Wandsworth council tax!)

🛏 The room is a single but super cozy, with space for all the essentials. There’s also additional storage elsewhere in the house. No desk so not suitable for someone working from home 5 days a week!

🏡 The house itself has:
• A big, bright living room
• A really good-sized kitchen
• A garden (perfect when the sun appears!)

📍 Location-wise, it’s ideal — just a 5 minute walk to Balham station (Northern Line + National Rail) and walking distance to Clapham, Wandsworth and Tooting Commons.

You’d be living with two lovely girls in their mid-20s — both super friendly and easy to live with. It genuinely feels like a home. We’re all clean and tidy, so looking for someone similar who’s considerate and up for the occasional chat/wine but also has their own thing going on.

It would suit someone in London short-term, between moves, or wanting to try out the area for a few months.

I’ve absolutely loved living here but am moving for a new job 💛
