Large Double Room available from now

I’m looking for someone to take over the tenancy on my large double room in balham. Living with two flatmates (Males both 23). The flat has a garden, 2 bathrooms and separate kitchen and lounge. 10 min walk from both clapham south and balham station. New windows have been installed in the last month and the room has been redecorated. Contract is signed until November with possibility to extend. Message for further info/more images or to arrange a viewing! I have attached the video from the estate agents before we moved in (the flat has new windows and sofas and is tidier now!)
