1 MONTH sublet in Large bedroom Balham friendly girls flat share (April 1st-May 3rd, may be some flexibility with exact dates). Perfect for somebody new to London looking for a base while finding a long-term let, or somebody in between places.

YOU
We are looking for a female aged 25-40 to sublet the room for the final month of my tenancy, as I will be moving out early. We are looking for somebody clean, kind, easygoing and respectful.

THE ROOM
The room is a large double furnished with a bed and built in cupboard (remaining furniture TBC). Bills are currently around £125 per month per person (including water, gas, electricity, Wi-Fi, council tax etc).

THE FLAT
The flat has 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchen, living room and garden (a massive perk in summer!). We are on a quiet residential street but a close walk to Balham high street, which has plenty of food, drinks, shops, supermarkets etc. Balham tube (northern line) is a 7 min walk and we are also close to Balham and Wandsworth Common train stations.

THE HOUSEMATES
You will be living with Rebeka (30) and Jordan (34), two female professionals. Both are easy going and respectful, so are looking for somebody with a similar vibe. Both have their own friendship circles but equally really like getting along with the people they live with. This is not a party house.
