I’m moving out of my share house in Clapham South/Balham area after living here for 4+ years, so looking for someone to take my bedroom from the 13th of April!

- Large shared living room, bathroom, kitchen, dining room and garden with patio
- Rent = £894 /month
- Bills = roughly £150/month
- Deposit = £923.00

The house is super well connected:
- 12 minute walk to Clapham South & Balham tube stations
- 10 minute walk to Tooting Common
- 10 minute walk to big Sainsbury’s/Waitrose/Tesco/M&S

You’ll be sharing with two lads, both British in their early thirties, who work in Marketing. We are a social flat who enjoy getting a beer together or going on a run/playing tennis but also enjoy our own downtime.

About you:
- British citizen/permanent resident
- Must be in full-time employment
- Ideally aged 25-35
