This house is the best value you can get in central Balham, plus its filled with the best girls to live with! Not even a 5 minute walk to Balham tube station, with a garden and shared kitchen, separate large living room and two bathrooms between 5 people. Its a social house but not one where you can’t find your own time and space when you need it. All of us live busy lives and have our own friends but equally we love watching telly together or going for a drink and/or night out! Bills are included and you can pay for on street parking if you need it. Flexible move in date as I’m moving out to my own property - the only reason I’m moving out because Ive had the best 3 years here!
