Comfy double Room in Balham

The room

I'm looking for someone to takeover from my current flatmate.

I'm a friendly professional who also likes his space. It's a two bed flat with a split bathroom. I've lived in the flat for 2.5 years. It's well equipped and very comfy.

I'm looking for a fellow professional who wants to find a place as home!

The room:
• Double room
• Lots of storage
• Desk may be staying TBC

The flat:
• Spacious flat - large open plan sitting/dining/kitchen
• Banging sofas and a TV already here
• Fibreoptic internet
• Kitchen is well equipped with everything (air fryers wanted!)
• Two floors
• Dishwasher and tumble dryer!
• Bills usually come to about £150–200pcm
• Bus stop just outside that goes to Balham station
• 15 mins to Balham or Clapham South
• Short stroll to both Tooting Common & Clapham Common – ideal if you like a run or just a wander

Your flatmate (me!):
• 25 year old tax adviser
• I tend to be around most evenings, but often keep to myself, but also up for a chat
• Friends describe me as "friendly" and "unable to season food properly"
• I tend to cook a few times a week (will offer Quesadillas)
• I go climbing near Clapham North, so feel free to come with!
