Looking for a friendly, like-minded (female) flatmate to share a lovely 3-level flat in the heart of Balham.

THE FLAT
The house is located less than a 10-minute walk from Balham station (Northern line & Overground), making commuting super easy. There’s also a large Sainsbury’s nearby for convenience, and Tooting Common is just a short stroll away - perfect for walks, runs, or relaxing in the sun.

The flat itself is split across three levels so it feels quite spacious. The available bedroom is on its own floor and comes with an en-suite with the shared living area on the middle.

ABOUT ME
I work in finance and I’m in the office full-time during the week. Outside of work, I enjoy going to the gym, reformer Pilates, long walks, and catching up with friends over a glass of wine. I’ve lived in this flat for 16 months now.

I’m looking for a female flatmate aged around 30–38 who has a similar routine (office-based most days, with maybe 1–2 days WFH). Ideally, you’re sociable and easygoing, but also respectful of a calm home during the week. It’s not a party flat, but definitely somewhere we can enjoy living together and become friends. I’m also looking for someone who’s clean, tidy, and takes pride in their home

• Bills: approx. £150–£170 per month

• Payment date: 7th of each month
• Long-term let preferred (12 month contract)
