Two rooms available Balham/Clapham South

We have two double rooms becoming available in a lovely 4-bedroom house located in Balham/Clapham South, available from 18th April and 1st May.

It’s in a great location with easy access to transport, shops, cafes and parks. The house has a shared kitchen and living space and a nice, relaxed atmosphere.

About the current flatmates: 🌟🌟

I’m 26 and from New Zealand, I’ve been in London for about 6 months and work full time as a lecturer in sport science. I love getting outside, going for a run and enjoy spending time with friends, exploring London and travelling around Europe.

Bec is 31 and from Australia, she’s been in London for a year and works full time as a PA for a consultancy firm. She loves exploring London, a walk around the commons, an Aperol in the sunshine and travelling around Europe!

We love to hang out socially together in the evenings and on the weekends but also have our own friends and hobbies.

Room 1 £775 ✨
Located on the second floor. Spacious with heaps of storage!
Available 1st May

Room 2 £675 ✨
Also located on the second floor. Comfortable double room, a little cheaper as on the smaller side.
Available 18th April

Please note these prices are excluding bills.
Bills come to approximately £150 per person, including internet and a cleaner twice a month

We’re looking for a clean, respectful and easygoing flatmate. Ideally young professionals who enjoys a friendly home environment.
