“I work in finance and I’m in the office full-time during the week. Outside of work, I enjoy going to the gym, reformer Pilates, long walks, and catching up with friends over a glass of wine. I’ve lived in this flat for 16 months now.

I’m looking for a female flatmate aged around 30–38 who has a similar routine (office-based most days, with maybe 1–2 days WFH). Ideally, you’re sociable and easygoing, but also respectful of a calm home during the week. It’s not a party flat, but definitely somewhere we can enjoy living together and become friends. I’m also looking for someone who’s clean, tidy, and takes pride in their home”
