Looking for someone to fill a double room in Balham. The flat is between Balham and Wandsworth common.
The flat is unfurnished but most of the furniture is mine (bonus points if you have a tv as this will be going). It’s close to Balham high Road with lots of pubs, supermarkets etc and the lovely Wandsworth common. Rent is 880 per month with bills on top - I’ve been here for about 7 years so it’s super cheap for the area! The contract swap would be from 9th of May.
I’m 30 and work in tech, I wfh mostly and go into the office about 1/2 times a week. Looking for someone of a similar age who enjoys an Aperol, cute dinners and trips to the pub.
