We also have a spacious living room with a sunny book nook – perfect for relaxing or enjoying quiet evenings.

The flat is just a 6-minute walk from Balham station, providing easy access to the Northern and Southern lines. We're surrounded by fantastic amenities:

• Minimum annual income: £27,000 (for referencing)
