We have a spacious double room available from 1 June in our gorgeous Balham flat. The flat is large and suitable for working from home. The landlord has recently repainted most the flat, including this room. We're near 3 green spaces - 5 minutes from Tooting Bec, and walking distance from Clapham and Wandsworth Commons.

You'll be sharing with 2 girls in their early 30s, (both professionals) who are friendly and down to earth. We're sociable and generally busy throughout the week.

We're looking for another like-minded girl to share with, who is respectful and clean but would also like a home, rather than a room.

3-bed Maisonette in the heart of Balham - a 7-minute walk from Balham tube and train station. There are plenty of bars, shops and restuarants a few minutes from the front door. The road is quiet and it's an easy commute into Central London.

Moving in date is the 1st June. Rent is £881 a month and bills come to around £150 (includes a cleaner every other week!)

We have a bright kitchen and large, cosy living room. All the mod cons - microwave, washer/dryer, 2x fridges, 2x freezers, small dishwasher, air fryer, gas central heating. There is plenty of cupboard space for storage.

Each bedroom is on its own floor. The available room is a large double on the top floor with sky light widows. There's a double bed, chest of draws, 2 wardrobes and a desk in the room. You'll share a big bathroom with 1 other.
