The room is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table, desk and chair

There are 2 bathrooms and an extra toilet. There is a modern kitchen with a hob, oven, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, and toaster, and a living room with a TV.

There is a weekly cleaner for the communal areas and super fast fibre broadband perfect for streaming Netflix, Zoom calls etc.

Balham station is 5 minutes' walk away (Northern Line and rail connections to London Victoria, London Bridge and Brighton) and there are loads of bus routes as well. All the shops, bars, and restaurants of Balham are close by including a large Sainsbury's and Waitrose, and Clapham is one tube stop away.

Really easy going landlord who is never around and always fixes things quickly.

To make things easy, absolutely all bills are all included which covers gas, electricity, water, super fast fibre broadband, council tax, and the cleaner, so no hassle sorting out the bills.
