Single Room in Friendly Balham Houseshare

Hi, we're currently looking to fill one of the rooms in our house. We're ideally looking for a girls as it's 3 boys and 1 girl in the house at present and it would be nice to have a bit of balance again.

Normally we prefer in person viewings but given the current situation, if people are more comfortable with a virtual tour initially then we can do that.

At present in the house there's myself - Joe, Daniel, Sönke & Chloe.

The boring stuff:
Single room £500 (though room for a small double to fit potentially if preferred)
Available immediately
Less than 10 minutes walk from Balham station (northern line and national rail)
Bills included
Rented on a rolling monthly contract basis.

A bit about us:
Me, Joe - actor/vo artist, pub quiz host and temp worker, 30
Daniel, South African, lived here about a year and a half, works for a university sports app, 29.
Sönke, German, lived here about a year, works for a vegan skin care brand, 29.
Chloe, 25 - Works in set decoration, currently for a show on apple tv.

We're a friendly bunch, into all the usual things, film and TV (of which there is a wide array to choose from with Netflix, Amazon Prime, Sky, etc.). Board games and booze (we have a home bar I built). I make cocktails, Sönke may offer you a smoothie. We tend to have a good mix of night's in watching or playing something together as well as having our own lives (as they gradually return to normal).
