We have 2 large double rooms available for a 6 week short term let, until the end our current tenancy. The flat is a first floor converted end of terrace house. The rooms will be available from the 15th of August so looking to conduct viewings ASAP.

Consists of a modern fitted kitchen with all mod cons including dishwasher, a shared living room and a large bathroom. There is also a small spare room for storing all household goods such as ironing board and general storage. The flat has a full Sky package including sports, movies and boxsets along with unlimited broadband.

Transport
Approximately 10 minutes walk from Balham overground and tube station and within 10 minutes walk of Streatham Hill overground station. A bus stop is also situated on the road outside which goes to Balham, Streatham and Stockwell.

Rent
Rent is £125/ per week, which totals £749 for the 6 week letting period.

Bills
Monthly bills come to approximately £100 a month. For the 6 week letting period, these will total approximately £125.
