It’s a double bedroom with en-suite shower room, wc and basin. There’s a small double bed for extra storage, 3 sets of drawers; and double rail wardrobe packs in lots of clothes; there’s a wall mounted tv with Netflix included.
In the shared spaces: There’s a large open plan kitchen and dining area, with gas hob, double oven, dishwasher, separate washing machine and drier; The lounge area has a large tv , leather furniture and full width bi-fold doors open out onto a lovely southwest-facing courtyard garden with huge dining table, perfect for outdoor WFH, chairs and fire pit. There’s a lovely tree with pretty lights at night too! The landlady is going to renovate the front garden to provide another private courtyard space to wfh in, it’ll be planted with large architectural tropical-esque plants so it’s ready for summer!
The house has a megaflow water system which ensures hot water when all 4 bathrooms/showers are being used simultaneously. 3 of the other bedrooms are en-suite.
We all get on really well, having lived here for over 2 years, tenants tend to stay a while, so the search is important for everyone to ensure it’s a happy household. We all have creative & professional roles, including a design manager, a PR manager, data analyst and an accountant between the ages of 28-32.
The rent is inclusive of all utility bills, council tax, broadband and a weekly cleaner of the communal areas.
The house has excellent transport links, less than 5 minutes walk to Balham station, which is a stop for both Northern Line and mainline trains. Off-street parking is available through Wandsworth Council for a small annual fee.
