We would preferably like a couple for a short term let and you would be sharing with my wife and I.
We are young 40 year olds who enjoy socialising with our friends and travelling, as well as quiet nights in watching movies.
My wife, Donna is a nurse so does some night shifts and weekends.
The room is a large double, furnished with double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. The house has a large lounge and separate kitchen/diner with good storage space and a small garden/patio, perfect for barbecues.
We are 5 minutes walking distance from Balham tube station, 10 minutes from Tooting Bec station, 5 minutes from Tooting Bec Common and the Lido.
Balham has has lots of Bars, cafes and shops and the great food and drink markets of Tooting Broadway are a short 15 minute walk away.
