Hi there, Sarah and Tom here.

We are looking for a couple or single individual, to share this spacious, two bed, two bathroom house within a cul-de-sac.

We have lived in this awesome N1 location for two and a half years and are looking for a like-minded duo to take over from Liddy and Joe who are getting on to the property ladder.

The house is a great find. There is a spacious and bright L-shape living space (upstairs) and narrow garden out back. Your room is a light and bright double, and your own bathroom is across the hall. There is also a very helpful large space underneath the stairs!

Please note the move in date a week earlier could be possible as Liddy and Joe have now moved out.

Tom and I are in our mid-thirties but are young at heart and easy going. We love to travel, cook and eat good food, occasionally drink too much wine and go to the odd rave every now and again.

About you. We’re essentially looking for relaxed housemates, who don’t necessarily need to share the same interests as us but are considerate, easy-going and down to earth. The type of people who leave the kitchen tidy, take turns to take the bins out and don’t leave their stuff all over the place.

Practical Stuff:
The room comes with a bed but no other furniture…. This was the same situation for us when we moved in, and we had no problem picking up nice furniture in the areas off free-cycle. The rest of the house is well equipped and comfortable. Tom and I have lots of nice kitchen stuff.

• Bills: Currently. £180 per month per couple or £120 for a single individual (including internet)
• Tenancy: Flexible, minimum three months
• No agency fees
