The shared space
Well-equipped kitchen (fridge&freezer, washing machine, oven, gas stove, dinning table, food storage, pots and pans, plates and cutleries, etc); a separate bathroom and toilet (also newly refurbished). Bed lining, towels and duvet are provided.

Location
Third floor flat, no lift, secured front door downstairs, well-managed public space and recycling facilities are in placed. Great location. Very close to shops, markets, and convenient transport options - buses and overground trains. Kingsland High Street is 5 minutes away with plenty of bars, cafes, restaurants, and night life. Stoke Newington High Street and Clissod Park is 15-20 minutes walk away.

About me...
I am retired, well-traveled, sociable, open-minded, respectful and clean.
I am interested in all creative arts, I enjoy going out to different events and, on a daily basis, I take part in many community-based activities. My daily routine is quite active.
This is my home, not a partying flat, but occasional gatherings with families and friends are welcomed. I am open to invitations for events and drinks over some interesting conversations.

I am looking for someone who doesn’t normally work from home; a female preferably who is equally respectful, friendly and independent. It would be ideal to have a calm, thoughtful person with meditative nature. It is important that we share the responsibility to keep the shared spaces clean and tidy (cleaning rota will be discussed at viewing).

For those who want less than five days a week on a long term bases, rental is negotiable.
