We have a spacious room with built in storage and furnished with bed, chest of draws, desk and book shelf available 22nd July.

This flat is in an absolutely perfect location (zone 2) to reach central London and generally, Dalston is a great place to be.

The flat is spacious, on the top floor so no noise from above, and has a balcony.

Also included are bath/shower, separate toilet, spacious kitchen and small living room. We do live next to the rail but have installed secondary glazing to help with noise.

I'm into music production, learning piano, and am generally laid back, but look after the flat as anyone would expect. I work in the city Monday-Friday, but majority WFH at present.

Ideally looking for someone who is chilled out, helps out around the flat, enjoys football, going for a pint and being generally sociable occasionally.

All bills included, including BT sport - may increase with cost of energy, but you will be given 2 months notice.
