I am looking for a clean/tidy, reliable, mature professional who has experience sharing in London. A bit about me: I like football, making music and golf. I work full time in the city 9-5 , 3 days in the office, 2 from home. Would be great if you have a similar arrangement.

We a large living room and dining table to have people over for dinner/drinks, with big TV and sports channels.

The bedroom room is very large and comes furnished with bed, desk, wardrobe and chest of drawers.

We have a separate shower and toilet which helps for morning times.

Office for WFH requirements.

All bills included, including council tax.

The flat is close to the railway line which is great for getting around, but as you’d expect, there is some noise. We have installed secondary glazing to help with this but please do consider this if you are sensitive to this kind of thing.
