I’m heading home to NZ for Christmas/summer and looking for someone to sublet my room in our cozy flat, perfectly located in Mildmay. You’ll be right between some of the best areas in London, with endless transport options: Dalston Kingsland & Dalston Junction are a 5-minute walk away, buses get you central in around 30 minutes, and Highbury & Islington is a 15-minute walk with access to the tube.

Nearby:
Some of the best coffee in London — a 10-minute walk to Jolene in Newington Green, or down the road to Dirty Knuckle in Dalston & cant forget De Beauvoir Deli eeeek - 5min walk away, Plus unlimited pubs, food spots, and cocktail bars on your doorstep. There's also a Large Sainsbury's 10min walk to Dalston. No better place to be in London!

The flat is fully furnished, and the bed is ridiculously comfy. I’ll store all my belongings under the bed and in storage, so the room will be completely empty and ready for you.

* TV with Fire Stick
* Full-length mirror
* Very fluffy carpet
* Desk & chair on the landing outside the room for WFH days (your dedicated setup)

You’re also welcome to work from the lounge — lots of natural light

Basically, you just need to bring yourself and your clothes — everything else is sorted.

Your flatmate:
You’ll be sharing with an extremely respectful and friendly Canadian guy who works from home (usually in his room) and has a busy social life, so he’s often out in the evenings and on weekends. By far the best flatmate I’ve ever had — he’s a legend.

This flat is our home, and we treat it like one. It’s tidy, cozy, and especially lovely during the gloomy winter months.
