We rent a lovely four bedroom flat in a great area of Islington; one of our flatmates hasmoved out and we would like to renew our contract and find someone to take the fourth room. In these strange times our landlord has allowed us a grece period to find a person so the room is available immediately but there is also a bit of flexibility.

We are looking to rent one double room in this 4 bed flat, just off Balls Pond Road and Essex Road. It's a double room suitable for one person. We have a fully equiped kitchen, separate toilet and shower and a decent living space (with small balcony) to relax in at the end of the day. We are tidy but not fanatical about it and looking for someone laid back, considerate and easy to get along with.

You would be living with Alan who works in finance and who enjoys music, films, photography and cooking, Claire who drives trains when she isn't playing music, making art or reading and Oli who works in communications and likes art, comedy, sport and cinema. We are all easy going and are generally pretty busy working or enjoying London. We would like to live with someone fun, interesting, but also mature, tidy and a non smoker. We're all independent but friendly and pretty considerate of others, and keen for a chat in the evenings or during the weekend.

The flat is an ex-council maisonette located in a friendly, quiet block in a great area. The rent is £568 per month and bills come to about £50-70 per month - these are usually paid as they come in and includes a cleaner who comes fortnightly.

This place is a great location, close to Clissold Park, restaurants on Upper Street, the bars of Dalston and with great transport links.
