I have been living in this lovely flat since 2018 and am now moving in with boyfriend so sandy have to leave the place. It is a 3 bedroom + living room and kitchen flat on the top floor. The building is a relative new build and is surrounded by barbican estate but is not actually a part of it. We are lucky to have a terrace and balcony going around the flat which is quite nice on a summer day.
The other two flatmates are Spanish professionals both working in architecture / construction industries. They are both lovely - one is a guy and another is a girl based in the en-suite. While we didn’t know each other before moving into the flat we became quite friendly. It is a great flat for someone who is moving to London for work or simply changing locations within London. It is super well connected - within 5 mins you have barbican station and lizzy line farringdon station entrance. Within 10 mins you can also have northern line at moorgate and central at St. Paul’s.
