Room available at Barbican Estate

Hello!
We are three professional females looking for a fourth flatmate.
Our apartment is located at the Barbican Estate, close to amenities and supermarkets, really central and very well connected.

We are one Italian, one Spanish and one Hungarian/Romanian, all professionals, between our late 30s and mid 40s.
The available room is medium-sized and comes furnished with a bed, a storage unit and fit in wardrobe.
The flat has two bathrooms.

The room is available from Sat 17th January, with the final details and deposit payment to be arranged with the person who is leaving.

The contract is a rolling contract and we have never had any issues with the landlady.

Additional costs on top of the rent include (approx):

- Water, electricity, and internet: £50/month each
- Council tax: £50/month each
- Cleaner: £25/month each
- Household supplies: £8-12/month each

The three of us get on really well and are looking for someone in a similar age range, who works from home on an occasional basis, is professional, collaborative and respectful, basically someone used to live with others and who wants to enjoy a relaxed and welcoming home environment after a busy day at work.

We will be holding viewings on Sunday 14th Dec from 6pm onwards, Monday 15th between 6.30 and 7.30pm and Friday 19th Dec from 6pm onwards, so if you are interested please send us a message with some info about yourself and your availability.
