The double bedroom is fully furnished (double bed, wardrobe, shelves, bedside cabinet, chest of drawers), and comes with its own private toilet (toilet, sink, cabinet, shelf). The main bathroom is sizeable, with a bath and over the bath shower – it is shared 1-2 days mid week with the occupant of the single room when they are in town for work, rest of the time it’s only for your use.

The flat is very spacious and modern. Carpeted throughout, with fully equipped kitchen and lots of cupboard and fridge and freezer space. The flat also has a large balcony which is great in the summer months.

42” TV and internet provided. Exercise bike and a study desk in the living room. We also have a cleaner, who comes on a bi-weekly basis, ensuring the flat is always nice and tidy.


The flat is a 3 bed, two doubles and a single. The other double is occupied full time by another lodger, the single room is occupied by the landlord 1-2 nights mid-week.

The area is peaceful and quiet, there are some shops nearby, and a beauty salon about 3 minutes’ walk from the flat. The flat is very close to the Riverside Campus and Thames View Health Centre.

Bus- 3 min walk to bus stop. Direct busses to Barking Station (15min), Illford (25-30min) and Little Heath (25min).
Overground - 12min walk to the station, 3min journey to Barking on the Royal Oak overground line.

From Barking Station, there’s easy connections to central London and to Essex. C2C operate a fast train to London Fenchurch (16min), and there is the Hammersmith & City line, District Line and Overground to take you to anywhere else in London you need to be.

For those driving, you’re just 5min from the A13, with a quick connection onto M25. Off street parking is available on the estate.
