Weekly cleaning rota. Keep shoes in porch. Very clean house. You must have one month rent plus deposit. Share kitchen and bathroom. Lodger agreement. CCTV, House alarm, Fire alarm. No agents. All bills are included. Mini fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, hanging wardrobe. I offer two free washes per week using my washing machine. Free Wi-fi. Sorry no free parking. CPZ TH Mon to Fri 830 to 530pm. My house is on the main road in front of bus stop. If you have a car you need to buy Parking permit from LBBD council as it is not free to park on my road which costs 36 pounds plus per year. Sky TV in bedroom (free channels only).
I require photocopies of your passport, full /provisional UK driving licence, EEA Identity Card, work letter- provide their email, 3 month recent bank statements, 3 months recent payslips, previous landlords reference- provide their email address. Monthly payments by bank standing order or bank transfer on 1st of each month. Cash not permitted as proof on bank account is required for both of us. Ready to move in straight away.
