There is an open plan kitchen with diner /living Room. There is a good size wet room with grey floor tiles and grey walls to share with one other house mate. He is 37, vege (but happy to share kitchen with meat eaters), works as a builder and doing a part time degree.
There is cat in the house too. Her name is zara.

I am the land lady. I work as a teacher. I live upstairs with my own bathroom and my own microwave cooker. I am Not much into cooking. I don't use the kitchen downstairs at all. However, I tend to go through the living room downstairs to access the garden as I love growing things and it's a hobby of mine.

Lidl , Asda and Barking station is 6 mins walk. For me it takes 6 to 8 minutes depending on how fast I walk. Barking has a busy little high street with all the expected conveniences such as; Lloyds Bank, HSBC, Barclays, Post Office etc etc.

The trains that run from Barking are C2C, District Line, Hammersmith and Gospel oak train service. Stratford is 2O mins away. West ham is only one stop away on C2c and then you have access to junbilee line. Fenchurch street is 30 minutes via c2c and you can reach Walthamstow in 30 minutes via Gospel Oak train.

About Barking, its not the prettiest place to look at. Let's be honest here. I don't want to mislead anyone. It's hardly chelsea but as I have pointed out that shops and Station is a 6 minutes walk and the train links are good. The home is on a quiet street and the neighbours are friendly with me.
