The room comprises of a double bed, double wardrobe, desk and chair, wall-mounted TV, and has been decorated to provide a calm and relaxing environment for occupants with views directly facing the River Roding.

The room comes companied with a separate shower room (rain and standard shower) for exclusive use, directly opposite the double bedroom. Both the room and shower room are cleaned on a weekly basis.

Kindly note, this is a Monday to Friday let, for single occupancy.
All bills and Wi-Fi are included in the total room rent amount.

The property is a 10-12 minute walk to Barking station which services the Hammersmith & City and District tube lines, London Overground, easy access to the DLR, and C2C which is 15 minutes to Fenchurch Street.

The property is also a 10 minute drive from London City Airport, 10 drive from Canary Wharf, and up to 15 minute drive from Westfield Stratford.
