***This is for single occupancy*** Hello, I am renting out a large double bedroom in my apartment with loads of storage and amazing views over London.
The apartment has 2 bathrooms with one mainly dedicated to yourself as I have an en suite. Please note this does not include use of the living room

The building is new and has the benefits of a concierge to take deliveries, roof top terrace and is next to Barking station.

The apartment itself has a washer dryer, High speed 1gb Internet, integrated appliances including dishwasher and underfloor heating adjustable in room as well. There is also a cleaner who cleans the communal areas within the apartment as well as the bathrooms. My apartment is also next to the 20th floor roof garden with great views all the way to the Shard

You will be living with me, although you will have almost exclusive use of the bathroom in the pictures as I have an en suite in my bedroom. Also I am a police officer FYI
