Please be aware, I work in the civil services. So before you view this property you must understand that we will require proof of employment/ wage slips/ student finance and Photo ID is could be a driving licence / Passport. Thanks.

I have 2 rooms avilable now -bills included at present there is no internet- but will consider.

Room 1:
Extra large double room (happy to have couples) - furnished (this room is taken)

Room 2:
Large Double Room - Furnished
The video shows unfurnished but this room is now furnished.

Unfortunately non of the rooms have en-suits

The bathroom is shower only - sink - toilet - (NO BATH) But it is adapted for anyone with a disability.

There is a washing machine.

This is Zone 4 on the District Line Upney which is literally across the road 1 minute walk.
There is parking with same restriction. No parking between 1.30 pm to 2.30 pm Mon - Fri
Free parking Sat to Sun all day.

There is a local convenience store, beauty store and takeaway at the end of the road. and a beautiful Park with a lake to stroll or excerise. Barking main shopping centre is 5 minutes by train/10 minutes by car/15 minutes by bus.

This is an appartment and the garden is communal I will consider small animals.

Flatmates MUST be clean, tidy and enjoys a peaceful environment.

Minium stay is 6 months
Maxium Stay is 6 months - Plus
Longer stay will be considered after the 6 months contract ends.
1 months rent - 1 months deposit in advance.
