I'm currently living in a fantastic flat with a room available as my current flatmate is moving out. I'm really excited about the prospect of finding a new flatmate to join me in this cozy home.

A little about me: I'm a young professional working for a multinational company. I value maintaining a clean and comfortable household and enjoy my space while also being mindful of others' preferences. I'm always up for a friendly chat, though!

Just a heads up, I already have a lovely and calm male cat on the property, and I'm open to welcoming more feline friends (preferably female or equally calm males). Unfortunately, due to potential stress factors, I can't accommodate dogs. Also, please note there's a minimum annual income requirement of £26,000 for the reference checks.

Let me tell you about the apartment itself—it's just perfect! There's a spacious shared open-space area with a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy living room. What's great is that there are only two double bedrooms, ensuring plenty of space and privacy. Each bedroom comes with its own bathroom for added convenience and comfort.

The available room is Bedroom 2, and it comes fully furnished (or it can be unfurnished as well, my flatmate is happy with both options). Plus, the rent includes free internet access. As an added perk, you'll receive a complimentary gym membership to the building's gym located downstairs—a great option if you like staying active.

The flat is in a new building with a 9-5 reception and security guards after the reception closes, so you always feel safe. It's right next to a big park where families hang out and people walk their dogs. And the best part? It's super central! You can walk to the town hall in 5 minutes and the tube station in just 10, providing easy access to the District, Hammersmith & City, C2C, and Overground lines. It's an ideal spot for commuters or anyone looking to explore the city.
