I have decided to move out of this 2 bed flat and downgrade, so I'm looking for someone to take over the contract so I can move out quicker.
This ad is for one of the en-suite rooms. The flat is located 10 mins walk from Barking tube station, very close to local amenities and in a quiet neighbourhood. The block is fairly new with its own resident's gym, co-working spaces and Renz Box in case no one is in to take your package.
The flat itself is fully furnished so you just need to move in and that includes: washing machine, dishwasher, oven/hob etc. Each room has a bathtub and is ensuite. They're also pet friendly! Happy to do flat tours on WhatsApp if interested.
The rent will be just over £1000 a month and have access to residents gym, co-working spaces downstairs and roof terrace.
For bills, on average for 2 people it comes to just about over £100 so split between 2 will be about £100 something each so depends on usage.
The flat will be available NOW. I would prefer a single female tenant please.
