Barkingside high street is 10 mins walk as well with many shops cafes restaurants banks, supermarkets post office. library and a fully equipped leisure centre with gym swimming pool spa and fitness classes all mins walk on the high street. Got a lovely well maintained garden. Close to lovely parks and lake as well. Rent includes all bills WiFi taxes
