A beautiful, bright loftroom in an artist's house.

A very quiet, bright, large, double loft room in an artists house, overlooking the rear garden. Comfy king-sized double bed, plenty of storage space and deep shag pile carpet! This is the best room in the house with total blackout velux windows for great sleep. zzzzzzz

The house is a lovingly restored 1920's home with many original features, beautiful wooden pine floors boards, gas central heating, fast Wifi, big screen TV & DVD player. The large, clean kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, washing machine, etc, all are bills included.

The house has established and well-maintained front and rear gardens, creatively landscaped by yours truly, full of wildlife, ornamental ponds & a fountain! Sharing the house with Syvia & Tyler, and possibly you...total of 3 people max. in the house. Syvia is a music teacher and Tyler is a budding actor, the house has a very laid back atmosphere. Did I mention Ellie? She is a very cute, little dog who also lives here.

Partners can stay over for the odd visit of course, but obviously not every night otherwise the house suddenly becomes very crowded and it's not fair on the other housemates. Please note each room is for one person only, no couples.

We are very open-minded and happy to rent to anyone as long as they are decent, happy and respectful people, and most importantly, fairly clean & tidy :-) There is a cleaner (sometimes me, if the cleaner cannot make it due to her family) who comes every 2 weeks and cleans the communal areas. Your room is your business.

This makes life easier for you all and the house is nice and clean. All other bills are included in this final amount.

This house is a sociable home and not just rooms filled with cheap and nasty rental furniture....It is full of original paintings and interesting objects from my many travels abroad. The two gardens are great to sit in and chill.

N8 Bus all night following central line route also night tube central line station 5-minute walk from the house

I have been renting rooms for a few years and everyone who has lived here loves the place. We are close to all the shops, an ancient beautiful wooded park and a short stroll to Fairlop station. Approx. 25 mins to Liverpool St. on the Central line. The house is very safe and secure, the garden gate is locked and the gardens are nicely lit during the evening.

I have been a full-time artist for over 25 years, often working from my small studio at the end of the rear garden or working away from home for short periods on commissions/teaching projects. I do not live at th house but I will return some days during the week to work in my studio and tend the garden. Otherwise, the house is yours. The house is very cosy and has a very sociable, welcoming atmosphere.
