I'm looking for a professional tenant for a lovely, well-sized single bedroom in a shared flat (@ £495 + bills of around £82 per month).

I work as a teacher, so I set off early and often arrive home tired. But I am outgoing and enjoy playing music, reading and cooking. I am usually out and about at weekends and in the holidays.

Ideal tenants would be young professionals who want to live in a relatively quiet area, but with lots of green space. They would need to be tidy and considerate, particularly on school nights.
