Lovely Double Room Available

West facing balcony

I have a lovely large furnished double room in a quiet friendly top floor flat available.

It's just a short walk away from Barnes High Street and all the lovely shops, restaurants and pubs (which will hopefully be open again soon!)

The flat is beautifully light and airy and the room is at the back of the flat (west facing) so its super quiet. There is a black out blind for lazy sleep-ins as well. The room is available furnished or unfurnished.

There is a large storage cupboard in the hall. The kitchen is well appointed with a big fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, gas stove and microwave.

The lounge is spacious with a 48" TV with amazon prime & netflix on it. The wifi is really good throughout the house. The balcony is also west facing and its a great place for a glass of wine or two in the afternoon and I've been taking full advantage during the lock down! The flat also always seems to catch the breeze so it stays lovely and cool even on hot days.

A little about me, I work in central London during the week so I'm usually out from 7am to 7pm (at least) most days during the week, with the occasional work from home day. Weekends are usually out and about, cinema, museums, pubs, cafe's, bike riding, all the usual stuff. If I'm not out and about I'm enjoying a good box-set, book or magazine, cooking and/or baking. I really enjoy travelling and I'm really looking forward to getting to do that again!

I have always been really lucky with flatmates and I'm very easygoing and open-minded. I keep the place clean and tidy and I'm respectful of peoples space and all that. I'm hoping to find someone to enjoy a glass of wine and a chat with.
