**Reduced rent to £650 in November and December**

Extra large double bedroom which has a large windows, gorgeous fireplace and two wardrobes available. It has the most stunning views over the playing fields and Thames next to Hammersmith bridge.

The room is massive - and the largest in the flat. The flat compromises of a hallway with floor lights (very bougie), a kitchen space with an island, and dining space with large table and soft chairs, and large shower room.

White goods include a large fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and a dishwasher. There is a large assortment of appliances in the kitchen which everyone is happy to share (unless you say otherwise!).

The flat is on the 4th floor with no lift, with an intercom system and CCTV, so feels incredibly safe. The flat has a back stairwell access to the amazing private gardens which have lots of outdoor furniture for evening meals and drinks. Truly our saving grace over lockdown! The garden also has a very secure bike shed, and enclosed in 10ft high walls so there’s no chance of outsiders getting in.

There are three other girls in the flat from France, Australia and Thailand, working in social media, events and publishing. Like to get together for a drink in the evening, order from the amazing local Chinese, do yoga in the private gardens or go for walks down the river.

The flat is in Castelnau at the top of Barnes, which has many local shops and transport links to Putney, Hammersmith, Chiswick, Richmond and Wandsworth. The bridge is currently closed, but there is a local bus that goes directly to Hammersmith from 5am to midnight.

Monthly rent is £723, plus £107 bills. The landlord has agreed to a reduced rent, which we split equally to £70 a month each.

Bills included: electricity + gas, water, council tax and internet.
