South-west facing, double room for rent in Barnes. The room is on the back of the property so is super quiet and benefits from gorgeous views of the gardens. Room includes wardrobe with in-built drawers, as well as under the bed storage for extra space.

Within walking distance to both Barnes stations which get you to Waterloo in 15 mins. Barnes village is also round the corner and has a lovely community, boasting great coffee shops and restaurants. You'll be spoilt for choice if you like to explore, as Barnes is surrounded by green spaces - it really doesn't feel a stone's throw from the hustle of the city centre!

Flat is occupied by 2 other female professionals. We all have our own busy lives (when we aren't in lockdown) but enjoy a glass of wine and a movie, or a trip to the local pubs every now and them.

Whilst working from home, you have the option to work in the lounge on the dining table (this is what I do) or put a desk (ideally folddown) in the bedroom.

I will be moving out to relocate due to the opportunity of being able to "work from home" anywhere for most of 2021. Otherwise, I wouldn't be leaving this beautiful place! Looking for a laid back, tidy/clean, and easygoing flatmate to replace me :)

Room is £600pm, bills not included. Bills come to £100 extra pm including wifi.
