Double room to rent in Barnes with double doors opening up to a small balcony. The room includes a wardrobe, chest of drawers and generous under the bed storage. It is a cozy room - keeps heat well in the winter.

You are about 5mins walk from the idyllic Barnes centre with lots of local, independent shops and cafes. You can walk to Barnes Station in 10mins or across to Hammersmith (Piccadilly, District and Hammersmith & City / Circle lines) via bus & walk in 15mins.

The flat is occupied by two other female professionals. We all have busy independent lives and generally are a very chilled bunch. Not a party flat but enjoy the odd glass of wine, trip to the pub or movie night together. The flat has an amazing balcony off the living room which acts as a beautiful sun trap. Makes for great summer evenings and G&Ts. I'm off back to Scotland and looking for an easy-going and tidy flatmate to replace me :) this has been the best flat I've lived in while being in London.

The rent is £550 with bills coming in around £100/month.

The move in date is set, or at least I will be gone on the 25th August so not flexible for any earlier.
