A good-sized double room available in a 3-bedroom flatshare, on the first floor of a mansion block. The flat has a separate living room, bathroom and kitchen.

Our current housemate is moving out after 3 years and we are looking for someone to take their place. We are two female professionals. We’re both out and about a lot, but enjoy the odd flat dinner/film night in. We both currently work mainly in-office - there is space in the room for a desk, or in the main living room if required.

The flat is a five minute walk to a choice of pubs, restaurants, a cinema and supermarkets. It is also very close to both Barnes and Putney Commons and Richmond Park.

We are a 10 min walk to Barnes Station and 15 min walk to Barnes Bridge Station (Zone 3) - from here you can get to Clapham Junction in 10 minutes and London Waterloo in 20 minutes. Putney High Street is a 25 min walk away or 10 min bus ride. The flat is conveniently located with several bus routes to Putney, Richmond and Hammersmith from right outside the front door. Hammersmith and Putney Bridge (Zone 2) are the nearest tube stations. Hammersmith Bridge is currently open to pedestrians and cyclists only.

The room is currently £605 per month plus approx. £140 for bills per month. This includes broadband, council tax, water, electricity and gas. The deposit is roughly £620 (the room rent is split by size, deposit split equally between tenants). There is a bike shed available to residents.

The bedroom is unfurnished (all communal furniture belongs to the existing tenants).

The room is available from 5th May or a little later, exact date to be discussed with the outgoing flatmate.
