Double room short lets possible longer

Please read this ad thoroughly to avoid any misunderstanding thank you
I have a double room in my home in Barnes Sw13 ..15 min walk to Hammersmith or cycle ...yes the famous Hammersmith bridge...for a single occupancy (no couples)
This is available for short lets only 1-3 months but dependant on circumstances could possibly do longer .
I work with dogs and board them so you need to be happy and very comfortable around them as they are in the house and will be a part of the house daily and will want attention 😎.this will not suit WFH situation.

Shared living space ,kitchen bathroom and garden .There is no parking but have space for a bike .

Looking for someone clean and calm this is not a student dig or party house .
Happy to have a glass of wine or let you do your thing
