Double room for one in scenic Barnes

The room: our flatmate is moving abroad so we have a double room becoming available from the 1st June. It's a 3 bedroom flat on the top floor featuring a good sized living room, bathroom, kitchen and balcony. The bedroom has a double bed (storage space underneath) large wardrobe, narrow desk different to the one pictured (a bit small for full time WFH) and two nightstands. It's also just recently been fully repainted.

You'll be 2 minutes walk from a small Sainsburys & M&S food, the leafy pond on the green and 6-12 minutes from two rail stations. Barnes features loads of green space and quick access to lovely river walks toward Putney, Kew or Hammersmith.

About us: You'll be sharing with a vegetarian couple, late 30's, who often work from home and enjoy cooking, reading, playing music and the occasional night in with a movie. We love arts, music, and being out in nature. We're open to all ages of flatmates that are clean, considerate and easygoing. No smokers. We have a live out landlord. The rent is £700 PCM, council tax £66 & Energy is between £40 & £90 PCM depending on the season. Water and broadband are free.
