Hi everyone,

We have a large spacious double room in our lovely Barnes flat available with a move in date 02/02/26

We’re based right in the village on the high street… so 5 minutes walk to Barnes Bridge with great connections to Putney, Richmond, Hammersmith, Vauxhall & Waterloo.

The flat has an open plan living room and kitchen.

The room is on top floor at the front of the flat with large windows and loads of space.

*The room comes unfinished but the bed/mattress is available for purchase if needed!*

The flat is a 4 min walk to Barnes Bridge station and 13 min walk to Barnes station. 15 min bus journey to Putney and all walkable too.

We’re on the doorstep of lots of lovely cafes, pubs, M&S and a stones throw from the river.

About us: We’re two female professionals, very easy going, and love to live in a very clean space.

We love making the flat a home and adding cute decor, adding to the home bar when we can!

We love our own space but also do enjoy a wine in the lounge, occasional nights out and movie nights.
It’s a real girly flat so would love someone who is looking more for a home as we’ve become good friends and want our new flat mate to feel just as at home as we do. ❤️

We also have a little fury friend, Daisy, so a cat lover is a must! Although Daisy also respects everyone’s space too 🙂

The rent is £1000 including all bills.
