🌼 Room available for female in shared flat 🌼

Sadly my housemate is moving back home to Australia 😔 so I'm looking for a friendly flatmate (female preferred) to share a 2 bed flat with. The flat is in an amazing location on the edge of Barnes, just a stone throw away from the Thames and approximately a 15 minute walk to Hammersmith station, with frequent buses into Barnes, Putney, Richmond and Hammersmith.

Flat:
The flat comes fully furnished with a shared kitchen, lounge and bathroom. There is also access to a private front garden which is shared with the two flats below. Your room has a double bed, double chest of drawers, shelving and bedside table (with extra storage throughout the flat!)

The flat is pet friendly as I occasionally dog sit so you would have to be okay with fluffy visitors (video included 🤭)

About me:
I am a 28 year old northerner and work from the office full time as an Architect. My interests include theatre, art, reading, tennis, dancing, gigs and netball.

The room would be best suited for somebody who is respectful and sociable. Ideally working professionals are preferred who also work from the office for most of the week.

I am looking to live with a likeminded gal who wants to create a home instead of just being housemates, so going out for food/drinks/exploring or having a chill night in with a glass (or two) of wine and a movie would be lovely, but equally I have my own social life and respect you having space too. Honestly, if you’ve got a sense of humour, low drama, ability to pay the bills, do your fair share of chores and communicate responsibly within a joint tenancy agreement, we’ll get on like gravy on chips!

Rent:
The room requires a deposit of £800. Rent is £800pcm (excluding bills, which come to approximately £200).

PLEASE NOTE THIS IS FOR A JOINT TENANCY CONTRACT for 6 months initially, rolling 1 month thereafter (so a little more flexible if you wish to stay longer). References and checks are required by the landlord.
