I have a double bedroom with balcony available in a lovely 3-bed flat in Barnes, SW13.

Room is available from 27 December 2025.

The flat is 10 minutes walk to Barnes Bridge or Barnes Station, and then less than 30 mins to Central London (Clapham/Vauxhall/ Waterloo direct trains).

All bills are included (inc. council tax) and there is fast Virgin broadband and a TV in the room. There is a dishwasher, washer/dryer and large fridge in the kitchen which you will share with only one other person (the other tenant has their own fridge).

There is a small shared living room. There is no desk in the bedroom (though the current tenant has put their own little desk in there). The room would suit somebody that does not work from home.

Sharing flat with 2 professionals - a 37yo male teacher and a 26yo female finance professional (not a couple).

Current housemates are quiet, clean, tidy and considerate - they are looking for the same :)
