Small Double Room in Barnes

Small room available in a staggered four-floor flat above a restaurant on Barnes High Street from 14th April. Please note the contract does not allow students.

We’re a friendly, easygoing household; sociable when we’re all around, but respectful of each other’s space. We keep the flat tidy and are looking for someone similar: a working professional who’s happy living in a shared home.

You’d be living with three professionals aged between 26 and 31: a violinist (f), an events manager (f), and a quantity surveyor (m). The latter two work from home a couple of days a week, while the violinist is often out teaching, rehearsing, performing, and/or touring.

Ideally we’re looking for someone in a similar age range who’d be a good fit for the household.
