Great location for anyone who wants to be surrounded by nature and enjoys to spend their free time actively: rowing, running, cycling, walking... etc.

This is a quiet and safe residential area with plenty to do. Your bedroom is situated above street level and occupies the first floor. Your room is partially furnished ( there is wardrobe and bookshelf, no bed) with the possibility to acquire on street parking permit (apprx £45 yr).
Couples considered (£1100 plus bills).

In the property will only be you and me. I’m looking to share with a professional who is tidy and considerate and who would value coming back to recharge in a clean and peaceful home after a long day at work. Vegetarian/ vegan preferred but not essential. This is a ‘no shoe household’ and there is a cat, so an animal lover is a must. Most importantly for me is finding someone who appreciates a quiet, calm living space. It is an independent but friendly house.

I work as a professional massage therapist. I enjoy yoga, cooking, travelling, hiking, photography and healthy living.
