The Room

Room already comes with an incredibly comfy double bed, with drawer storage under the bed. Small chest of drawers, ottoman and hanging rail. Storage cupboard also available elsewhere in the flat. Comes with own bathroom (although not en suite).

Apartment:

Quiet top floor apartment, with south facing balcony with the most incredible 180+ degree view of London (can see Canary Wharf, City, London Eye, Vauxhall tower etc if it’s tall you can see it). The bedroom has a great view too, capturing the setting sun in the West. Lots of storage space. I also have a ping pong table..... Secure bike storage in the basement.

Me:

Single male professional in my mid 30s working in natural resources. I travel a bit with work, so I am not always around. I have an interest in skiing, sailing, economics, global current affairs and motor racing. I play the piano (albeit not that well!) I love German beer and cooking.

Location:

The map is confusing, just google N11XP. The flat is situated on the Islington / Camden border, between the Caledonia Road and the new developments at the back of Kings Cross (you can see them in the pictures)

Proximity to Public transport:
2 min walk to the Caledonian Road, where there are loads of buses (17,91, 259,274)

3 min walk to Caledonian Road & Barnsbury overground

5 min walk to York for the 390 bus

10 min walk to Granary Square (huge waitrose + shops & restaurants)

10 min walk to Caledonian Road underground (Piccadilly line)

15 min walk to Kings Cross Station

Gatwick 45 mins (Thameslink from St Pancras)

Heathrow 45min (via the Heathrow express, its just over an hiour if you go via the Piccadilly line)

Luton is about an hour.
